Take Before Eating

Take one (1) capsule once daily, whole and unchewed, with two large glasses of water.

When Should I Take the Capsules?

Approximately 15 to 30 minutes before or directly with a meal (lunch or dinner).

I Can't Swallow Capsules:

A capsule can be opened and the contents mixed with water and drunk.

Side Effects:

• Taking this product has no effect on the contraceptive pill.
• The following side effects are known in rare cases (may affect up to 1 in 1,000 users): dry mouth.
• Taking this product has no effect on high blood pressure.
• During use, you can drive and operate machinery as normal.
• Please discuss any pre-existing medical conditions with your treating doctor.
